Amanda L. MacGee, Esq.
AMANDA L. MACGEE earned her J.D. from New England Law Boston, where she was a member of the Student Bar Association. Amanda also holds a B.A. (with honors) in Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University, where she was a member of the Student Judicial Board. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
Amanda's practice is focused on estate and probate administration, estate tax return preparation, and estate planning. She works together with accountants, financial advisors and insurance advisors to streamline the estate administration process and the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns, and counsels clients with regard to their fiduciary obligations after the loss of a loved one. Amanda also has experience with the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and preparing probate petitions, accounts, and pleadings. Amanda also has experience in drafting estate planning documents to ensure that a client's assets pass to the intended beneficiaries in a tax-efficient manner.
Amanda is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Amanda currently serves as President of the Franklin Pierce University Alumni Association Board of Directors.
