Francis R. Mulé, Esq.

Frank earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he majored in public policy with minors in American politics and Italian.

Frank concentrates his practice in estate and tax planning and estate and trust administration. He is adept at working together with clients and their advisors throughout the planning process to construct estate plans which fulfill the client’s wishes in a tax efficient manner. Frank also counsels clients during the estate administration process, and is skilled at preparing the necessary probate documents as well as federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns. As a member of the LGBTQ community, he is particularly sensitive to the needs and concerns of LGBTQ clients, as well as the special considerations involved in planning for non-traditional families. Frank has substantial experience in elder law and has advised clients regarding long term care planning.

Frank is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York. He is actively involved with the Massachusetts legal community as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (where he currently sits on the Probate Section Council and serves as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division), as a Foundation Fellow with the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and as a member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association.

Avid movie lovers, Frank and his husband frequently attend repertory screenings at the Coolidge Corner Theater in Brookline, where they are both members.
