Nikki Marie Oliveira, Esq.
NIKKI MARIE OLIVEIRA earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law, her J.D. from New England School of Law and her B.S. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and Florida Bars.
Nikki's practice focuses on sophisticated tax and estate planning, trust and probate administration, long-term care planning, special needs planning, as well as delicate situations requiring guardianships and conservatorships. Nikki guides clients in achieving their tax and estate planning goals by tailoring individualized plans to fit each client's unique situation. Nikki also counsels families, executors/personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in connection with the proper administration of trusts and estates.
Nikki is the author of Chapter 13 of Estate Planning Law and Taxation – Planning for Incapacity and Financing Long-Term Care. Nikki is also a contributing author of The Elder Law Forms Manual and served as Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review.
Nikki is the Treasurer of the Trusts and Estates Consortium, a Co-Chair of the Practice Fundamentals Committee of the Boston Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section, a Junior Fellow of the Boston Bar Foundation Society of Fellows, and an active participating member of the Tax Law Updates Committee of the Boston Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
Nikki was named as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015 and 2016.
