MALCOLM D. FINKS is a graduate of Boston University College of Liberal Arts, 1960 and Boston University School of Law, 1962, where he was a senior editor of the Boston University Law Review. He has been in private practice in Boston as a member of the firm of Englander, Finks, Ross & Cohen, P.C. since its inception in 1981 and before that as a partner with the predecessor firm. Mr. Finks’ area of expertise focuses on representing corporate clients in their business transactions including acquisition and sale of assets, real estate transactions, and private and institutional lending. His practice also includes the representation of individuals with tort, domestic relations, estate and probate matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association, a Director of a publicly listed company as well as a Director of various organizations.
