RACHEL A. KEARNEY graduated cum laude from Bridgewater State College in 1994 and received her J.D. from New England School of Law in 1998. Rachel’s practice concentrates on Trust, Probate and Estate Administration, including the preparation and filing of Estate tax returns. She advises clients on general probate and tax law matters as well as real estate and immigration law. Rachel is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
