Bill counsels individuals and families in developing comprehensive estate plans to help them achieve their long term wealth transfer goals in a discreet and tax efficient manner. He specializes in establishing, advising and structuring both internal and external succession plans for closely held businesses. Bill also guides families through the probate process and estate tax filings and helps individuals in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities as Executors, Guardians and Conservators. Bill is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Trust and Estate New Developments Committee, the Trust and Estate Consortium, and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Bill is a founding co-chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston Friends Council, a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston Development Committee and a member of the Boston Breakfast Group.
