Bill counsels entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and families in developing comprehensive estate plans to help them achieve their estate planning goals in a tax efficient manner. He guides families through estate administration and advises individuals on their fiduciary responsibilities as Personal Representatives and Trustees. He also assists business owners in establishing succession plans for closely held businesses.

Bill graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Bill has presented to professional groups on planning for high net worth individuals and families on various topics, including planning for vacation homes, GST tax planning and transfers of interests in closely held businesses. He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, a founding member and current Vice President of Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court, a former member of the Trust and Estate Consortium, a former member of the Boston Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Section Committee a former member and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Trusts and Estates New Developments Committee.

Bill is a member of the Board of Trustees and Planned Giving Committee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, and a founding co-chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston Friends Council. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors for Hill House. He lives in Boston with his wife and two young children.
