Michael S. Goss, Esq.
Michael S. Goss earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center with a Certificate in Estate Planning and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Michael also received a B.S. from Indiana University in Business – Finance. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
Michael’s practice is focused on estate and probate administration, estate tax return preparation, and estate planning.
He works together with accountants, financial advisors and insurance advisors to streamline the estate administration process and the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns, and counsels clients with regard to their fiduciary obligations. Michael also has experience with the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and preparing probate petitions, accounts, and pleadings.
Michael helps clients to develop estate plans tailored to meet their specific planning goals. In doing so, he counsels clients on the various techniques used for shifting wealth to the next generation while minimizing transfer tax consequences.
Michael is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), and Trusts and Estates Consortium.
